Lutheran
Home at Concord Reserve is an independent not-for-profit
organization dedicated to providing excellence in health
care, rehabilitation and senior living services. Lutheran
Home at Concord Reserve is open to individuals of all faiths
and is a 192-bed skilled nursing facility that accepts Medicare,
Medicaid, Private Pay and several private insurances. The
Lutheran Home Association also operates Luther House, an
independent living facility in Mayfield Heights, which is
the home to approximately 160 individuals. In our recent
internal resident and family satisfaction surveys, 100%
of our residents and family members stated they would recommend
Lutheran Home at Concord Reserve to their friends or family
members.
Lutheran
Home at Concord Reserve’s Main Street opened December
2008 and is our facility’s educational, spiritual
and cultural center. Our Health Center’s renovations
dramatically transformed the neighborhoods and resident
rooms into a much more comfortable and home-like environment.
This warm and positive atmosphere is enhanced by our 160
private rooms.
In January 2009, Lutheran
Home at Concord Reserve opened a 40-bed Health Center with
all private rooms that include a bathroom, shower and walk-in
closet. We also opened our Assisted Living Residence, which
includes a secure unit for individuals requiring memory
support services and another unit for individuals needing
physical assistance with their activities of daily living.

We
believe that one of the most effective ways to end the
suffering in Darfur is by helping Americans become more
aware about the crisis and providing them the tools necessary
to take further action. The Coalition hopes to facilitate
individual and group action directed towards raising awareness.
While the Save Darfur Coalition uses
the small amount of profit made on each item to expand
its educational efforts, the primary mission is to help
Americans fight the genocide by providing them with easily
accessible action materials. To end the violence in Darfur,
we must spread the word to everyone we know: our family,
our friends, our neighbors, and our national leaders and
to enable Americans to demonstrate their refusal to allow
those suffering in Darfur to be forgotten and suffer in
silence. |

Welcome
to Strongsville! While traversing the roads of
Strongsville, one might pass by the distinctive clock
tower or drive over a rustic covered bridge. Or you might
happen upon a Community Band concert at the Gazebo in
Town Square.
Located
in Cuyahoga County, a suburb of Cleveland, Strongsville
exudes small-town atmosphere with a quality of life consisting
of soothing green space, excellent city services, and
a school system second to none. Business and civic organizations
work together hand-in-hand to project a community spirit
that is evident to all in such projects as the creation
of the Community Playground, the building of the Clock
Tower on Town Square, and the construction of Catan Stadium
at Strongsville High School.
Strongsville
has a goal... to encourage bustling economic development
while maintaining and building upon the strength of our
neighborhoods and families. We have created this Web site
to provide the latest news and information on Strongsville
and to enable our residents and other interested parties
to find out "everything you always wanted to know"
about Strongsville. |
